Zengeziwe Msimang joined the Foundation as CEO in October 2018 taking over from Linda Vilakazi. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Foundation.
Zengeziwe is a seasoned marketing and communications specialist who has worked in a number of senior positions in both the public and private sector. Upon graduating from the University of Cape Town, Zengeziwe went on to occupy positions in the tourism, financial services, nonprofit and government sectors. Zengeziwe has always been passionate about history and how the lessons learnt from the past can successfully be applied to the present.
Natasha Allie joined the Foundation in 2013 and was the first permanent employee. She is responsible for the implementation of the Foundation’s projects and events, and its overall communication. With a background in management and marketing, Natasha’s keen interest in digital marketing has resulted in further study therein. The projects on which she works centre around the advancement of women and youth – two aspects of society about which she is very passionate. With a vast array of positions held in various industries, it is Natasha’s work in social development that is, and has always been, her real passion.
Nolwazi Kunene obtained a degree is Child & Family Psychology Degree. After graduating she did her Psychology internship with City of Johannesburg and then moved on to be an Operations Manager for Regus. She started at the Oliver & Adelaide Tambo Foundation in 2015 and is responsible for all administrative operations, day-to-day running of the office, report writing and research. In addition to this she is the personal assistant to the CEO and provides support for all major projects.
