About This Project

On the 6 th of April the Minister of Social Development, Ms. Bathabile Dlamini, and the board of the National Development Agency hosted the 2016 ECD Awards under the theme, The year of Oliver Tambo: Celebrating liberation of the mind and preservation of the African Continent. The ceremony took place in Sandton and was filled with performances by youth musicians and choirs.
